There are several ways to look for products on our site. You can search by brand, by keyword or from the main headings at the top of each page.

How reliable is product availability?

Product availability is updated daily. In case of an availability problem, where the number of orders exceeds the current stock level, you will be informed by email with an expected availability and delivery time for your order.

 

Where can I find technical information on products?

Each product has a technical information sheet attached to the product information. The main technical details about the product are on this sheet.

 

Where can I find accessories for products?

There is a list of all the accessories available for the selected item attached to the product information on the bottom of the product’s category. With this list you can easily find the accessories we stock for your product.

 

What happens if the price of the product changes between my placing an order and receiving the goods?

Once your order and payment have been validated, we cannot modify the price of the product you have ordered, whether there is a decrease or increase in the price of the product. If, however, your order hasn't been validated, you may cancel it and place a new order in order to obtain the new, lower price. Anyway, our delivery time is 2 working days.

 

Are the products on your site compatible with EU specifications?

All the products we sell are compatible with European specifications, as they are models that the manufacturers sell in Europe. Some products may therefore come with 2-pin plugs. However, please note that we provide an adapter for the Cyprus 3-pin socket free of charge.

How do I create an account?

Scroll up to the top of this page where it says "New?" Click "Click here." You will need to supply a valid email address and a password of your choice. Then click on the GO button and your account is ready for buying products.

 

How do I place an order?

You can place your order online, by phone calling 25 819 918 (working hours) or 97673262 (any time) or on fax 25 877 979. As soon as we get your order, we will replay by email or contact you by phone.

 

What payment methods are available?

You can pay cash or by check on delivery. From September it will be possible to make payment by credit, debit card or PayPal system.

 

Can I add items to my order?

Due to our security policies, once you have placed an order we cannot add items to it. You would need to order separately or cancel your current order and place a new one.

 

How can I track my order?

After your order has been placed, we confirm it by email. You can also use the tracking option on our site (top right-hand corner), which allows you to see the different stages of the order process. You can log on to this tool by using the email address and password you used when you placed your order. After the order is dispatched, you can follow the delivery with the tracking number that the courier provides. The tracking number will also be emailed to you.

 

What happens if the product I ordered is not in stock?

We will inform you by email with an indication of the availability date. If this situation occurs, we will dispatch your order as soon as we receive the product.

 

What delivery options are available?

1)  Delivery via courier -Travel Express or Akis express (24 to 48 working hours), is only available on items which are in stock at our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is 24 hours on average.
2)  Delivery via courier on your home address.(within 48 working hours).  Free delivery for the orders above 350 euro.
3)  Take away from our shop in Limassol.

How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?

You can get a copy of your invoice online. Go to order tracking on our website and enter your e-mail address and password. You will be able to download your invoice from the purchase history.

 

How can I track my delivery?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel by email. With the tracking number you can track the delivery of your parcel online.

 

If I order from you again, do you keep my personal details or do I have to go through the order process from the beginning?

Your personal details will be saved and if you place a new order, your personal details will appear when you enter your email and password.

 

What happens if my parcel is lost by the courier?

If your parcel is lost during delivery, we will follow a standard procedure of opening a search file with the courier. This investigation normally takes 3-5 working days, and if the parcel cannot be found, your order will be re-shipped.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order if it is before it is dispatched. To cancel the order, you have to log in and go to Your Account | View All Orders, then click on the item you want to cancel and click Cancel This Order.

What time should I expect my parcel to be delivered?

Deliveries are made during office hours (9 am – 6 pm).

 

What happens if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?

The courier will leave you a delivery card for so that you can contact them and arrange another delivery time.

 

Do I have to sign for the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?

A person in your household may sign for the parcel, but they will be asked for some proof of identity, and also you have to leave a cheque or cash to pay.

 

What procedure should I follow when my parcel is delivered?

You should open the parcel in front of the driver to check that the parcel is in good condition and that all the items in the box correspond to your invoice.

Can I return my product if I'm not happy with it?

You have a 15-day money-back guarantee that starts when you receive the product.

 

What is the duration of the warranty?

All products are covered by the manufacturer's 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. For your additional peace of mind we offer an extended warranty of one (1) year on most products at no extra cost. So the warranty is 2 (two) years.

 

How do I send a product back to you?

Please send the product back by insured and recorded delivery.
